Returns and Exchanges

How to Return Your Purchase

We are happy to refund any unsuitable items returned within 28 days, provided they are in resalable condition - unworn and undamaged condition with all tags and in their original packaging.

Please allow up to 14 days for the processing of returns.

All item(s) returned must be in saleable condition and in the original packaging with tags attached. Original receipt / paperwork must be presented/included. If returning in Stores, refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Please note stores cannot refund PayPal or Humm accounts.

Stores also cannot refund items bought by an E-VOUCHER on the Pamela Scott website - please contact Customer Services on [email protected] to organise a refund to your E-Gift Voucher.

Click and Post (Republic of Ireland only)

Click & Post offers a quick and easy way to buy your postage labels or book a shopping return online. Click on retailer, enter Pamela Scott, enter reson for return and use your order number for Retailer order reference. Flat charge fee of €4.95. (You can also avail of a pick-up service from An Post for a fee from €6).

Return via Post Office (Republic of Ireland and International)

You can return item(s) by sending your returned items along with your completed Delivery Note to: Pamela Scott Online, 27 Fashion City, M50 Business Park, Ballymount, Dublin 24, Ireland

All returns are your responsibility until they reach us. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Please note the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty, or you have received an incorrect order.

 

Pamela Scott Stores (Republic of Ireland only)

You are always welcome to return item(s) in any Pamela Scott store in Ireland. Just bring the Delivery Note along with the item(s) you wish to return to the store.

Our stores can refund items when payment type has been credit/debit card or a gift card. Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase.

Please note stores cannot refund PayPal or Humm accounts.

Heathcare items 

Healthcare items are unable to be returned or exchanged due to health and safety precautions.

 

Jewellery & Accessories

Jewellery and some accessory items are unable to be returned or exchanged due to health and safety precautions.

 

Lingerie

For hygeine reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on lingerie items outlined below:

  • Shapewear
  • Chemises

 

Incorrect item

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered or the wrong size, please contact: [email protected] quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and we will arrange collection/delivery of the item.

 

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty please contact: [email protected] quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and we will arrange collection of the item and/or a suitable replacement if possible.

 

Can I return an item for exchange instead of a refund?

Exchanges can be made for a different size of the same item and must be done within 14 days of receiving the item. Please email [email protected] quoting your order number if any query.

 

Cancellation Policy

When you purchase online at www.pamelascott.com you have a statutory right to cancel your entire order up to 14 days after receiving your order: this is the cooling off period. A full refund will be issued upon return of the entire order. If you decide to cancel your order with www.pamelascott.com you must send an email to [email protected] quoting the order reference number. The order is returned at the customer’s own cost.

 

Brexit Update

Pamela Scott is an Irish operated and Irish owned business; our warehouse is located in Dublin.

That means that in ordering from us - there will be NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES such as tax or custom duties for delivery addresses within Ireland and Northern Ireland.
