Returns and Exchanges

Brexit Update

Pamela Scott is an Irish operated and Irish owned business, our warehouse is located in Dublin.

That means that in ordering from us - there will be NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES such as tax or custom duties for delivery addresses within Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Extended Returns Period

Due to Level 5 Restrictions closing non-essential retail, we have extended our returns period for online and instore purchases. Our Returns policy has been extended to 60 days. Simply return the item or items to us in their original condition (with swing tags attached), with your original receipt and it can be exchanged or refunded. We will issue a full refund (Delivery Excluded) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. This applies to full or partial returns, excluding gift cards.

Healthcare items are unable to be returned or exchanged due to health and safety precautions.

Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment card; if you do not have the original payment card we can offer you an exchange or a refund onto a Pamela Scott gift voucher.

Returns Procedure

To return an item purchased online you can use one of the options below:

  1. Return to any Pamela Scott store. Simply ask any member of staff who will assist you.
  2. By Post

All returns are your responsibility until they reach us. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Please note the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect order.

Your refund will be issued once the return has been received by us, some postal services take longer than others so please be patient. Please allow up to 14 days for your account to be credited. 

Before you send back your return please ensure the following:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition with proof of purchase. Please note that in the interests of hygiene, items will not be refunded unless they have remained in their original wrapping, items must not be soiled, damaged or smell.
  • Complete the returns form enclosed with your order delivery and enclose with your items, or include the following details with your return; order number, order details, reason for return.

I received the wrong item or an item is missing

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered or the wrong size, please contact: quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and we will arrange collection/delivery of the item.

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty please contact: quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and we will arrange collection of the item and/or a suitable replacement if possible.

Cancellation Policy

When you purchase online at you have a statutory right to cancel your entire order up to 14 days after receiving your order: this is the cooling off period. A full refund will be issued upon return of the entire order. If you decide to cancel your order with you must send an email to quoting the order reference number. The order is returned at the customers own cost.
