  1. Competition Period: The Giveaway competition will run from 31st July until 12th August 2024. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
  2. Eligibility: Participation is open to all individuals. Employees of Pamela Scott and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  3. How to Enter: Click on the Link to enter the giveaway and follow the steps provided.
  4. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen based on most points.
  5. Prize: The winner will receive FREE SHIPPING for a year starting from the date of announcement of the winner.
  6. Announcement: The winner will be announced on 12th August via our Instagram page in form of a post/story.
  7. Conditions of Participation: Participation in this competition does not guarantee winning the prize. The decision of Pamela Scott is final and binding in all matters relating to this competition.
  8. Data Privacy: By entering the competition, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of this competition and could be used for Marketing purposes. Personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
  9. Publicity: The winner agrees to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions: Pamela Scott reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the competition if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond our reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the competition, as determined by Pamela Scott in its sole discretion.
  11. Governing Law: This competition is governed by the laws of Republic of Ireland, and participants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Republic of Ireland.
