How to shop with Pamela Scott
In order to find a particular product type e.g. blouse, simply type in this word in the search engine box located on the top right hand side of each page. The search engine will bring up that particular product. You can also browse through our range of products using the categories at the top of the page.
To add a product to your basket, simply click the 'Add to Bag' button located below the description of the item. This will automatically add the product to your basket.
You can view the contents of your basket at any time by clicking on the 'Shopping Bag' link located at the top of the page.
If you have added a product to your basket and no longer wish to purchase it - simply access your shopping bag and click the 'X' button next to the item you do not wish to purchase. This will automatically delete this product from your shopping bag.

ReturnsPolicy At www.pamelascott.com we aim to provide a returns policy that is totally hassle-free for you. The following returns policy applies to full or partial returns excluding gift cards. When you purchase online at www.pamelascott.com you have a statutory right to cancel your entire order up to 7 days after receiving your order: this is the cooling off period. In addition to this cooling-off period, Pamela Scott offer a refund or exchange on items should you change your mind about any purchase made online within 28 days of receipt*. Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment card; if you do not have the original payment card we can offer you an exchange or a refund onto a Pamela Scott gift voucher. Returns procedure To return an item purchased online you can use one of the options below: Option1: Return to any Pamela Scott store Simply ask any member of staff who will assist you. Option2: Postal Service - Please send your returned items to: Pamela Scott Online, Returns Department, 27 Fashion City, Ballymount, Dublin 24 All returns are your responsibility until they reach us. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Items must be returned in their original condition with proof of purchase. To improve the processing of your returned item(s); 1. Ensure the goods are repackaged in their original packaging. 2. Complete the returns form enclosed with your order delivery and enclose with your items. Alternatively include the following details with your return; order number, order details, reason for return. 3. Please reuse the bag that your order arrived in that has the return address on the outside of the package. Your refund will be issued once the return has been received by us. Please allow up to 14 days for your account to be credited by your Credit Card Company. Where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will refund you the original delivery charge in addition to the returns delivery charge. Please retain proof of postage. The original delivery charge will not be refunded if an item is unwanted, this does not apply during the cooling off period. The returns delivery charge will not be refunded.?The above policy does not apply for items purchased in store and does not affect your statutory rights.
