Inspired from "the roaring 20's", the Scarlett & Jo Green Velvet Flocked Flapper Dress is softly tailored for the plus size lady. The dress includes a wonderful flapper sleeve with the defining flapper skirt detail. This Little Green Dress features a scooped neck and is midi length. The dress is finished with a small soft detachable shoulder pad to elongate the body. The velvet flock design features a palm and floral "art deco" design. This is a fully lined dress and is very comfortable, and easy to wear.
