Job Description:

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Provide staff supervision and guidance, complying with all company policies, procedures, and directives from management team.
• Able to work as a leader, to drive and motivate staff.
• Execute effective day to day business and operations processes.
• Foster customer relationships
• Utilize all available tools and technology

You’ll Need to Have:

• Relevant sales experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention of detail and accuracy.
• Able to work under pressure and to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
• Able to work on different tasks easily – multi-tasking.

The ideal candidate must be available to work Monday through Saturday.

Experience:

• Retail supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
• Women's Fashion: 1 year (preferred)
